Best Facial Masks
Facial masks are one of the biggest sellers in the beauty industry. Some of the products out there claim to smoothen, brighten, de-crease your skin in one application.
We all know that hogwash isn’t true. However, there are some masks out there that do make a difference to your skin over consistent use. So let’s talk about 5 of my favorite masks that have made a difference to my skin over time.
Laneige Water Sleeping Mask
One thing that prevents me from using a mask is washing it off. Some masks are so difficult to wash off, that I don’t want to apply them in first place.
Enter…… Sleeping Mask- Ta da! Slather it on before sleep and wake up to fresh, dewy and supple skin in the morning.
Sand and Sky- Pink Clay Mask
This mask was all over social media few months back. They were so persistent with their promos that I ended up getting sucked into it. Unlike the claims made, it did not instantly brighten my skin (Shocking). But after 3-4 applications, it did make a noticeable difference. The price point is high though. One jar lasted about 10-12 applications. Because it worked for me, I think I got my money’s worth.
Era Organics Mud Therapy
I mentioned this in one of my other posts as well. I absolutely LOVE this mask. I am on my second jar already. With a price point at under 20 bucks, it’s totally worth it
Academie Instant Radiance Apricot Mask
This stuff is the the bomb. One application adds instant glow to your skin. This is the only product that lives up to the claim it makes! I use it before any special occasion to get the dewy look. It is on the pricier side though.
Spirulina contains vitamin E, selenium and tyrosine, which are all known for their powerful anti-aging effects. The mask linked below is my absolute favorite. I mix it up with Yogurt for application as it comes in powder form. I have used it a few times and it has made a huge difference to my skin.
